Under "landlords" you can offer your property for free. You just have to fill in all the necessary fields and within 24 hours we will have the details of your apartment translated and online.
You will receive the password once your apartment is online.

| 4. Is Cityflats4You the operator of the residential units? | |
|
No, Cityflats4You is an intermediary platform between the home operators and the seekers.

| 5. As a landlord how many photos can I upload for my property? | |
| Up to ten photos. | |
| 6. How is the commission paid? | |
| The commission is paid with your credit card or with Paypal. | |
| 7. Can i make an inquiry for more than one apartments | |

You can inquiry as many apartments as you want. Once the landlord accepts your booking you will have 24 hours in order to pay the commission and secure the booking.

| 8. How do I make a reservation? | |
|
The process is simple. Start by entering your travel dates and the number of and the place you wish to visit. Here you may also click «Advance search" to narrow your criteria further. Clicking the " Advance search " button will then bring up a list of establishments that meet your requirements. Choose a place or places that look good to you and press the button “Send an inquiry for selected accommodations”. You will be taken to the page where you have to enter your data and you have to press the button “Submit inquiry”.

| 9. What exactly will I pay on-line? | |
| The amount that you will pay on-line is a portion of the total cost of the reservation. The amount of this down payment will be clearly shown before your credit card is charged. This payment secures the reservation for you, and the balance must be paid to the establishment upon check-in. A payment breakdown will be included in your confirmation email as well as in our communication with the establishment concerning your reservation. | |
| 10. Can you send me a confirmation? / I haven't received my confirmation e-mail yet. | |
| All the details of your reservation including the hotel address, e-mail and telephone are included in the confirmation email that was sent to you after booking. Check your spam folder in case this email has ended up there. If you are still cannot find the confirmation please send us an e-mail with the details of your booking. | |
