Living in privacy in a holiday flat on the 1st floor! Recreation and enjoyment in the summer and in winter. We are on a small sunny hill above the lake “Millstätter”, with superb view of the lake and the mountains. Only a few minutes from the centre of “Seeboden”, in a wonderful location. Pure nature around the house and everything for the children’s’ joy is available. The holiday flat is excellently equipped and open all year round. Free entrance to the beach and indoor pools. For business people we provide a W-LAN connection. Holidays flat layout: living room, kitchen, satellite TV, shower / toilet. Wheelchair access. One step is to be overcome, however there is a ramp if required. Near the bed and in the bathroom we have an alarm bell. The "sleeping unit" has two raised beds.
