Our holiday flat on the 1st floor, with balconies on the east and south, offers a view of “Garmisch-Partenkirchen” surrounded by mountains. It is centrally located. On foot you are in the town centre with pedestrian zones, shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. Within 150 meters there are 2 supermarkets for the daily needs. Our holiday flat is at the shore of the river “Loisach” and offers a pleasant climate and best relaxation by the noise of the splashing flowing water. The apartment of about 60 sqm has a large bedroom with double bed, living room with 2 single pull-out beds, satellite TV, stereo CD-radio, fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water - egg cooker, toaster, unfortunately no dishwasher, dining area for 4 people, private bathroom with toilet, separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with about 30,000 inhabitants in the “Oberbayrischen Voralpenland” is the ideal destination for any time of year, for all ages, for extreme or recreational athletes, for recreation seekers, for families, for culture lovers, etc. The leisure offer is huge. Within 5 km there are 4 different lakes. The numerous mountain railways can rise as aid for sunbathing, hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, etc.. There are of course all kinds of winter sports. Garmisch is the venue for the winter World Cup 2011. In our vicinity within 15 km there are 4 golf courses.
