Villa Oasis is a seaside summer holiday vacation rental offering self-catering accommodation. It is built in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halikidiki. The location is ideal to start your day excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, mount Athos and mount Holomontas in the mainland. The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away. Villa Oasis is a traditional countryside villa next to pinewood and sandy beach. It is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with parking, barbeque and a playground for children in the yard. The only road access to the seashore, 100 meters away, starts from the property. So the long sandy beach is practically private. The sea is clear shallow and ideal for children. Villa Oasis is the ideal vacation rental for relaxing summer holidays in Halkidiki Greece. The ground floor vacation apartment has an entrance from the front side, from its private patio in the garden. It can accommodate up to 5 adults, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. Kitchen is in the living room and is fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dinning places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoor. During summer the actual living room is outdoor where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, the perfume of flowers and the calm and magic summer nights of Chalkidiki. Hot water is free but electricity (mainly for air conditioning) is extra charged 0.2 euro per Kwh. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. All cleaning equipments are provided and the villa is delivered clean. We can also arrange cleanings with an extra cost of 30 euro per cleaning.
