Fitness center exist in the adjoining house and a playground is 100 meters away. The recreation area "Prater" is also included in a 15-minute walk. The attic maisonette is newly adapted and tastefully decorated. On the 1st Floor it consists of a residential area, separate kitchen, small terrace in a quiet courtyard, guest toilet and on the 2nd Floor of a bedroom with attached bathroom. The living room has a couch, also extendable to a bed. Stereo, flat-TV (cable), Internet access, large dining table, phone cards upon request. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm width), nightstand, and wardrobe.
