The vacation apartment is centrally located in the district of Vienna “Favoriten”, nearby the tram line 6 and Reumannplatz. In a few minutes by subway “U1” you reach the St. Stephen's Cathedral. Maximum 2  people. There is a key deposit of € 100, and with the proper return of the vacation apartment the deposit will be returned. The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful style house overlooking a park in a quiet side street, 3 minutes away from the tram line “6” tram stop Absberggasse. Furthermore, you will also find shopping venues such as supermarkets and grocery stores for the daily needs, as well as the large shopping centers: EKZ-Simmering and the famous “Gasometer” with many restaurants and cinemas. For all guests of the vacation apartment Central is available a portable USB modem (settlement will be done according to the consumed data volume).
