From February 09 on, there is a new kitchen with best equipment. Bathroom: bath, basin, bidet, small washing machine. Separate new toilet. Living room with dining table decorated as "Bauernstube" for max. 6 persons. Bedrooms: 3 rooms available. In each of them are 2 sleeping possibilities. TRANSPORTATION: You can reach the city in about 20 minutes by car or in about 30 minutes by tram (60 or 62) and metro U4. By car you are on the Southern (A2) and Western highway (A1) or on the highway A23 (Altmannsdorfer Rampe) in a few minutes.
