The vacation rental consists of a living room, separate kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony overlooking the boulevard. The living room is equipped with a sliding door and separates it into two rooms. The furniture is in red - beige. A sofa is extensible, so that the apartment is suited for more than two guests. In this room there are two LCD - with over 70 TV programs, DVDs, air conditioning, work area with internet and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a large closet with sliding doors, air conditioning and a LCD - TV set.
