Our free-standing holiday home on the coast in the Northern Netherlands, between Alkmaar and Den Helder, is characterized by its family atmosphere and the high comfort. Large play areas with children's entertainment, bread service and an outdoor swimming pool are so special here. The approximately 85 sqm house is located on an approximately 400 sqm property and has a dining/living room with open fireplace on the ground floor, cable - TV, DVD player, TV, mini stereo system and an open kitchen with microwave and fridge, hallway, bathroom with shower-level and storeroom with washing machine and dryer and an iron with board. In addition there are two sofa beds (with slatted frame). On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. The bedroom has a double bed and full massive separate cot. A nursery has one bed, while the third room has two beds. In addition, on the 1st floor there is a guest toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the property was recently a wooden hut established with sufficient sub-set options (bicycles, prams, etc.). The house is heated with a gas central heating. On the terrace there are garden furniture for six people, a terrace heater, and two couches. A private parking is at your disposal. Our house is located in a park with 50 free-standing houses. The park includes a solar heated swimming pool, that can be used free of charge by each visitor in the park. The distance to the beach is approximately 4 km. The consideration for this is the absolute silence of the park.
