Our vacation apartment is new and modern. Safe, mini kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, cook ware, dishes and small dining area). Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and electric iron are in a separate bathroom (only for apartment guests). This vacation apartment has a combined living / dining room with comfortable double bed, 2 comfortable armchairs, satellite TV with radio, Hi-fi system, dining table in the living room. We welcome both tourists and corporate staff. In this vacation apartment, there are books, games and a desk. For our young guests, we provide baby equipment. There is a bike and buggies storeroom and if necessary a separate basement compartment. We offer a parking space to Euro 9.00 per day in the house's own garage, as well as W-LAN to Euro 2.00 per day. On request a mobile phone will be at your disposal (deposit and charging of fees).The “Philadelphiabrücke” (large traffic junction) and the “Meidling” station is 100 meters from the vacation apartment, which is in a quiet, small side street. The “Meidlinger Hauptstraße” (pedestrian zone) is the main road with many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. In 15 minutes walk you are in the park of “Schoenbrunn”.
