The spot is a total noise free environment, nearby the town center (800 meters) but away from the city traffic and it is the ideal place to spend your holidays in relaxation and friendly atmosphere. Vacation Apartment EDERA is located at the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse built in 1700. In 2006, it has been widely restored; but still preserving the original features, such as arches, walls, roofs, barrel-vaults and it is provided with all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. There are two more vacation apartments on the same building. The tranquility and the relaxation of the guests are fully guaranteed, along with their privacy, as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway. Two rooms independently – 35 sqm – formed by a bedroom, living room with a comfortable bed sofa and ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The cooking area has all the utensils for self catering, including fridge and oven. The vacation apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with independent air conditioning and heating system adequate also for winter holidays. There are also a washing machine and a LCD TV Set. The vacation apartment is surrounded by 350 sqm of garden with a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment. There are tables, chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs and the guests might have the meals outside, if they wish, or working on their sun tanning. Outside of the vacation apartment there is a charming porch with tables and chairs.
