The apartment has the premier location that the founder of the city Peter the Great would have approved of. Facing the unhurried waters of the mighty Neva river, it is an ideal base for enjoyable rambles in historic Saint Petersburg. The closest subway station — Chernyshvskaya — is a fifteen minute walk away. The delightfully spacious apartment consists of a living room (39 sq m), two bedrooms (13 and 11 sq m respectively), an airy kitchen (20 sq m) and two bathrooms. While the large living room is furnished with two couches and a foldout bed, the bedrooms have a double and a single bed, so, ideally, seven guests may have a comfortable stay in the apartment. The living room, alongside the TV set and a stereo system, also features a fireplace. The spacious kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator and a dining table with chairs can serve as a dining area as well. In the two bathrooms you will find a bath tub, a shower cubicle, washbasins and toilets. You can access the apartment from the courtyard through a coded building door, then a double-locked apartment door. Parking is in the courtyard.
