The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful, elegant, completely restored house. The location is perfect; you have everything you need in the immediate vicinity (within 5 minutes walk). Cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets are just opposite of the apartment. Vienna ticket - agency and of course plenty of shopping opportunities. The subway station U1, is only one minute away and after two stations you are either at St. Stephen's Cathedral or in the Prater depending on the destination. The inner city as well as the Prater can easily be reached on foot, which lasts no longer than ten minutes. The fitting of the vacation apartment was restored and completely renovated in spring und fulfills every desire. You have access to all important kitchen equipment such as fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer and coffee maker. There is a big living room with kitchen (breakfast bar), a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A pull-out sofa can host two more overnight guests. In addition you will find an extendable table with four chairs. For your needs in the field of infotainment you have both TV and Internet access.
