The vacation rental has 3 rooms, a large hall, bathroom and toilet (separately) kitchen. washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, hot-air oven, coffee machine, kettle, dining, 1 bedroom about 25 sqm, double bed (160 x 200), cupboard, 2 bedrooms corner office about 12 sqm, large single bed (120 x 200), drawers, living room about 25sqm, 2 double sofas, dining table for 4 people, cable TV, DVD player, video recorder, bathroom with shower and extra bath. The vacation rental is very quiet in the 2nd House. There is no road leading by the windows. The vacation rental was completely renovated in 2004 (new flooring, new bathroom, walls repainted, etc). The vacation rental is pleasantly cool in summer because of the thick walls. In the living room and in the first bedroom there is sun from 13.00, as these two rooms are situated on the west side. The connection to public transport is very good. Subway, bus and tram are in close proximity. You’ll reach the center in about 15 minutes if traffic is optimal. For the daily needs you’ll find a grocery store in about 150 m away. We wish you a nice travel and a pleasant stay in Vienna.
