Our vacation apartment is located in the west of Vienna, in “Ottakring”, a young, hip, family-friendly multicultural district of Vienna. The Viennese woods, with walking and hiking trails, is in the immediate vicinity. The vacation apartment is located in a quiet street (deadlock), a former worker house, built to the turn of the century, in the 1st Floor, still without a lift. The newly renovated vacation apartment (68sqm) is equipped with lovingly old furniture of the family inheritance and as well with young designer furniture. We offer 2 large rooms with double bed / double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee, kettle, blender ...) with dining area, a spacious bathroom with shower,2 washing stands, hair dryer and a toilet. Washing machines, dryers and irons are available. A Baby / Toddler equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table, toys ....) is also available. Toll free parking is in front of the house. In the immediate surroundings there are supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, children's playgrounds, parks, traditional and modern Viennese restaurants and the famous “Heurigen” - wine taverns. By subway line U3 you are in the City in 20 minutes. Several tram lines will take you directly to university, Burgtheater, town hall, opera, castle and Zoo “Schoenbrunn” and other Viennese landmarks.
