The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd Floor (no lift) of a renovated old building in Berlin and has 2 separate bedrooms. One of them has 2 single beds and the second a large double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, including ceramic box, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, water heater, coffee, crockery, cutlery, cookware, etc. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, while also a guest toilet is available. The vacation apartments location is perfect! For example, the “Potsdamer” square (about 10 minutes), the wonderful “Tiergarten” (approx. 15 minutes) and the winter garden “ Varieté ” (only 2 minutes) are nearby. Several attractions such as the National Gallery, the National Library and the Philharmonic are well within walking distance. Very good public transport links. The underground station Kurfürstenstraße U 1 (100 meters away) and the underground station Bülowstraße U 2 (300 meters away, 2 stations to Zoological Garden). The bus line M 48 (100 meters away, runs directly to the Alexanderplatz). The house has  a cafe where breakfast is offered. Public parking is in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Free public parking is about 300 meters away. Near the vacation apartment you will find various shops, bakeries, bars, snacks, etc., such as Bolle, Kamps, Thoben cake, Vienna fine bakery, cafe Moxx, Victoria Bar, Woolworth, Rossmann ,flower 2000 and many more…
